Bank robbery suspect sought in Hancock County

ARLINGTON — The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office responded to a robbery at Premier Bank, 112 E. Liberty St., Arlington, just before 10 a.m. Saturday.

In a statement from Sheriff Michael E. Heldman, the office said that the suspect, described as a white male between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10 tall and weighing between 225 and 250 pounds, presented a note demanding money to a teller before taking off with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect was seen leaving in a silver four-door vehicle.
