COLUMBUS — During this year’s Division III girls soccer tournament, the Ottawa Glandorf Titans have seen a lot of familiar foes.

OTTAWA — Ottawa-Glandorf senior Colin White signed his national letter of intent Wednesday afternoon to play basketball at The Ohio State University. White was surrounded by his family and teammates in the Ottawa-Glandorf media center to celebrate the occasion.

SHELBY — The Ottawa Glandorf Titans girls’ soccer team found itself in a familiar situation Tuesday evening as the Titans faced the Akron Manchester Panthers at Shelby High School in the state semifinals for the second consecutive year.

TIFFIN — Ottawa Glandorf secured its third consecutive state appearance Saturday afternoon, defeating Eastwood 3-0 at Tiffin’s Frost-Kalnow Stadium.

SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — Ottawa-Glandorf moved on to the Division III regional girls soccer finals with a 5-0 victory Tuesday night against Riverdale.

Last year, the Ottawa-Glandorf girls’ and boys’ cross country teams competed at the Ohio High School Athletic Association Cross Country State Championships. The girls placed sixth, while the boys finished 16th.

COLUMBUS GROVE — Several times this fall, Columbus Grove and Lincolnview went head-to-head for boys’ cross country team titles.

BLUFFTON — The high school volleyball season is nearing an end with the postseason getting underway Monday night with Bluffton taking on Ottawa-Glandorf. It had been 10 years to the day since Bluffton had defeated the Titans and the guests were looking to extend that at least one more year.

SHAWNEE — The Shawnee volleyball team broke a futility streak against Ottawa-Glandorf Thursday night to claim an outright Western Buckeye League crown with a 17-25, 25-11, 25- 14, 29-27.

OTTAWA — Heavy fog moved into the area Saturday morning, which resulted in an hour delay of the Kalida Wildcat Invitational at the Kalida Fish and Game Club.
