LIMA — Activate Allen County has announced two new ways to help community members quit smoking. One way toward the journey of being smoke-free is contacting the hotline at 800-Quit-Line. The landline provides direct access to counselors who are available to help. Community members can also join a 12-week program to help. The program is through Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center.
