Letter: Lifewise Academy could help solve our problems

There have been articles in The Lima News discussing ways to improve the education of children. One way that we don’t hear about is the education of our children to know about God. As God tells us in Ephesians 6:4, “And ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.”

There is a wonderful program available at several schools in the area (Elida, Spencerville and Allen East elementary schools and Bath junior high) called LifeWise Academy. Its purpose is to teach public school students on the concept of good character with Biblical principles.

You can get information about LifeWise by contacting TV-44 or visiting lifewise.org. I urge parents and grandparents to improve their children’s education by enrolling them in LifeWise. I also urge people to pray for and finically support LifeWise Academy.
