Yost denounces new gender identity policy in food assistance programs
COLUMBUS — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost joined 25 other state attorneys general in calling on President Joe Biden to withdraw new guidance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture that a release from Yost’s office called “sex-based discrimination for schools and other organizations receiving money for food programs.”
