Blessed Not Stressed event culminates in blanket donation

DELPHOS — On April 20, Delphos St. John’s High School held a “Blessed Not Stressed” Day with multiple presenters giving the students options on how to deal with stress.

Olivia Miller, from Be The One, explained how volunteering is a wonderful way to relieve stress, along with giving back to the community. Each presentation gave the students a hands-on demonstration of each stress reliever. During Miller’s presentation, the students made 20 blankets, which they donated to Mercy Health-St. Rita’s pediatrics floor.
