VAN WERT — The Ohio Technical Center at the Vantage Career Center is currently accepting registrations for its new practical nursing program, which will open its doors to its first class of 20 students on Aug. 6 and run until July 12. Registration closes May 26.
The goal of the program is to meet local healthcare needs and to provide excellent training to aspiring nurses in the area in a convenient, local training facility.
Classes will meet Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the newly equipped practical nursing lab at Vantage. Financial aid is available to qualified candidates.
