LIMA — Isaac Osterfeld completed several projects at the Big Brothers Big Sisters office to earn his Eagle Scout award, the highest honor Boy Scouts can earn.
Osterfeld fixed a light in the basement, painted a bathroom ceiling and and built an outdoor bench. The Big Brothers Big Sisters board of directors and staff expressed their appreciation to the scout for his efforts.
