DELPHOS — During a morning assembly recently, Delphos St. John’s pupils donated $3,008.90 third-graders raised in a dime war to Aaron and Emily Becker, the parents of fellow Delphos St. John’s student Sophia Becker.
Sophia Becker is being treated for a brain tumor, said Nate Stant, Delphos St. John’s elementary principal. The donation will be used to help pay for her medical expenses, Stant said.
