ADA — Alpha Epsilon Delta is sponsoring a free, open-to-the-public lecture on food waste by Angel Arroyo-Rodriquez titled “Love food, hate waste” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Hakes-Pierstorf Building room 157 at Ohio Northern University.
Food waste and preventing it will be the focus of the talk.
Arroyo-Rodriquez works for the Division of Material and Waste Management of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. He coordinates statewide efforts to recover food waste.
