Shawnee student scores perfect ACT score

LIMA — Shawnee High School student Isaac Hanover scored the highest possible ACT composite score of 36.

He is the son of Dr. Kenneth and Cindy Hanover, of Lima. His brother, Cameron Hanover, who graduated in 2016, also scored a 36 on the ACT at the end of his sophomore year at Shawnee.

Of the nearly 2.1 million graduates in the United States in 2016 that took the ACT, only 2,235 earned a composite score of 36.

Isaac Hanover is a senior this year at Shawnee.
