BLUFFTON — The Allen County Educational Service Center’s top scholar for 2024 is Bluffton senior John Paul Yoder.
Yoder is one of 51 high school seniors from Ohio who will be honored during the Ohio Educational Service Center Association’s Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic awards program.
