External Affairs Regional Director Mark Romito from AT&T awarded a $15,000 contribution to the local Bradfield Community Center Board of Directors President Robin Frazier and Executive Director Chris Jackson.
LIMA — The Bradfield Community Center received $15,000 from AT&T for computers, training and other technology needs. According to a recent press release, the funding will go to the program’s ETech Support Lab.
“We’re proud to have this support from AT&T as we work to bridge the digital divide and close the homework gap,” Bradfield Community Center Executive Director Chris Jackson said in the press release. “Access to connectivity is vital, and with this contribution, we can help provide digital resources to those that need them most.”
The release also stated AT&T’s Connected Learning program focuses on providing devices and internet to underserved communities.
