Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following individuals were indicted following a Wednesday session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.

Konner J. Dunklee, 26, Lima, was indicted on aggravated murder, murder, attempt to commit an offense, felonious assault and assault, a misdemeanor. According to a press release from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to several 911 calls about shots being fired at Kitchen Enterprises Trucking Company, 6302 Pro Tec Parkway, Leipsic at 4:05 p.m. April 18. Officers found Farrah Croninger, 30, Deshler, dead at the scene. In addition to Croninger, officers found Michael Kitchen, 54, injured at the scene. Kitchen was transported to Mercy Health St. Rita’s, Lima, for treatment. Dunklee fled the scene and multiple law enforcement agencies searched for him before being found in Allen County where he was placed into custody and transported to the Putnam County Adult Detention Center.

A preliminary hearing scheduled on the case was cancelled due to the indictments.

Ryan W. Scott, 27, Findlay; aggravated possession of drugs.

Gilberto T. Nava, 30, Warren; possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Lynnette R. Mcelroy, 42, Delphos; aggravated possession of drugs.

Joshua L. Hurles, 35, Delphos; aggravated possession of drugs.

Peggy A. Ranes, 56, Lima; possession of cocaine.

Gregory Port, 66, Darbydale; aggravated theft.

Timothy N. Bergdall, 38, Columbus Grove; possession of cocaine.

Sarah J. Lennex, 42, Columbus; aggravated possession of drugs.

Jason T. Alford, 21, Findlay; unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and possessing criminal tools.

Joshua O. Smith, 21, Ottawa; illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and possessing criminal tools.

Omar D. Harrerell, 22, Redford, Mich.; grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Douglas R. Marihugh, 47, Grand Rapids; felonious assault, domestc violence, and using weapons while intoxicated.

Edward L. Lennex, III, 46, Columbus; having weapons while under disability and aggravated possession of drugs.

April 22

Discover Bank, Cleveland, was granted judgment against Angela Lause, Leipsic, for a total of $29,187.61, plus interest and costs.

April 23

Garrett R. Schroeder, 19, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. He faces up to 12 months in prison and up to $2,500 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and menacing by stalking, all misdeamenors. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines on each count. Bond was revoked with sentencing scheduled for 8:30 a.m. May 13 where it will also be determined what his sexual offender classification will be. He will also be sentenced on violating community control sanctions.

Joshua E. Osting, Fort Jennings, and Jill M. Osting, Fort Jennings, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 21, 2021 in Holly Springs, N.C., and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

April 11

Esuardo Chasco, 53, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for driving under FRA/non compliance suspension.

Jakob P. Schoenauer, 26, Defiance, was fined $150 for improper passing and $250 for space between moving vehicles.

April 15

Neftali L. Lopez, 26, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Editmar I. Santis, 22, Findlay, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

April 16

Sean D. Shaffer, 25, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to stopping after accident/exchange information. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, complete a mental health assessment and pay restitution of $1,193.31. He also pleaded guilty to non-compliance suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, with sentence to run concurrently.

Jose B. Gomez Aguilar, 22, West Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $200 fine,

Isael Villaverde, Jr., 21, Indianapolis, Ind., was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Jose G. Corrales, 50, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was also fined $50 for tail lights. A charge of OVI first-offense was dismissed.

April 17

Madilyn F. Hernandez, 21, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

April 18

Quinn P. Kaufman, 32, Cygnet, was fined $150 for an amended charge of disorderly conduct.

George Stemen, Jr., 53, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $250 fine and pay restitution of $248.20. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Cathy A. Tudor, 53, Kenton, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $250 fine and complete a mental health assessment. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

Bradley R. Bockrath, 18, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. Charges of OVI, open containter and failure to obey traffic control device were dismissed.

Timothy Butler, 54, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension with credit for three days jail upcon completion of DIP. Charges of OVI, open containter and failure to obey traffic control device were dismissed.
