KENTON — A public meeting will be held next week to discuss the planned closure of Hardin Hills Health Center.
The meeting will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 23 at Veterans Hall at Hardin County Courthouse, 1 Court House Square, Kenton.
The Hardin County commissioners recently announced plans to close the county-owned nursing home July 10. They said the structure needed an expensive remodeling, plus it’s been “well below” its break-even point in terms of residents, Commissioner Roger Crowe said.
