OTTAWA — A vehicular accident closed a portion of state Route 65 on Thursday afternoon.
The Ottawa Fire Department reported the area between Taft Avenue and state Route 109 was closed, with several power poles and lines down.
Ottawa-Glandorf schools acknowledged the accident could affect people trying to pick up children from the school, and some bus stops could be 10 to 15 minutes late due to detours from the accident.
The area reopened at 6:30 a.m. Friday, according to the school system.
