PAULDING — Paulding Putnam Electric Cooperative awarded $5,400 in scholarships to seven high school seniors within the cooperative’s coverage area.
Local recipients include Miller City senior Chelsea Erford, Ottawa Glandorf senior Ashlyn Siefker, Van Wert senior Jacob Kitson, Ottoville senior Madison Hoersten and Fort Jennings senior Annabelle Welch.
