WAPAKONETA — The Armstrong Air & Space Museum will issue a commemorative cover in observance of the total solar eclipse on April 8.
The cover, which will be canceled by the Wapakoneta U.S. Post Office, will go on sale for $5 each at noon Monday at the museum.
