DELPHOS — Allen County Public Health is partnering with the Delphos Kiwanis Club to install bike racks outside Delphos businesses, part of a joint effort to promote cycling and foot traffic in Delphos.
The health department will provide bike racks at no cost on a first come, first-served basis.
