Defendants enter pleas in Allen County Common Pleas Court

LIMA — The following defendants entered pleas of not guilty in Allen County Common Pleas Court following their recent indictments by a grand jury:

Michael Little, 26, of Lima, charged with felonious assault, three counts of OVI, having weapons under disability and criminal damaging.

Karri Kelly, 37, of Lima, charged with assault and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

John Sawyer, 46, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Emily Dillon, 29, of Spencerville, charged with three counts of OVI.

David Burge, 20, of Lima, charged with burglary.

Marvin Burwell, 21, of Toledo, charged with receiving stolen property and two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Dustin Stevens, 39, of Russells Point, charged with possession of drugs.

Earnico Elliott, 27, of Lima, charged with trespass in a habitation.

Emari Upshaw, 19, of Lima, charged with two counts of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Kyle Smith, 38, of Lima, charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and having weapons under disability.

Brenna Shurelds, 25, of Lima, charged with aggravated burglary and theft.

Sarah Dunning, 34, of Wauseon, charged with illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, aggravated possession of drugs and possessing criminal tools.

Fernando Johnson, 39, of Lima, charged with felonious assault.

James Ayers, 46, of the state correctional reception center, charged with felonious assault and possession of a deadly weapon.

Thomas Hullinger, 28, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs.

Shaton Whitfield, 35, of Lima, charged with five counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and single counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, having weapons under disability and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

Lesley Campbell, 54, of Lima, charged with tampering with evidence.

Raymond Smith, 18, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.
