ST. MARYS — The Diabetic Support Group will meet at 7 p.m. March 11 at the Grand Lake Medical Office Building in Suite D at 1140 S. Knoxville Ave. in St. Marys and at 10 a.m. the next day.
The March program will show how to count carbs using food labels and booklets/websites, as well as portion control and choosing healthier carbs.
Anyone with diabetes is invited to attend.
