LIMA — Allen County Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency Director Tom Berger will speak on how residents can prepare for the upcoming solar eclipse during the monthly luncheon of the Allen County Republican Party.
The event will be held at 12 noon on Friday, March 1, at the Eagles Aerie, 800 W. Robb Avenue, Lima. Berger will present information regarding the April 8 total solar eclipse and what residents can expect and how to best be prepared.
