Seven cited after agents raid popular Delphos bar

DELPHOS — Ohio liquor agents, acting on an anonymous tip of underage alcohol sales, raided a Delphos bar early Saturday and cited seven individuals.

Agents from the Ohio Department of Public Safety Ohio Investigative Unit carried out the raid at the Rustic Cafe, 107 E. Second St., Delphos.

Agents requested the assistance of the Delphos Police Department after the bar owner, James Wiltsie, became combative, according to a press release issued by the state agency.

Employees of the bar who were issued citations included:

• Michael Wiltsie, 34, Delphos, for the sale and/or furnishing beer to a person under 21;
