BLUFFTON — The Ohio Department of Transportation announced an upcoming road closure in Bluffton. According to a recent press release, state Route 103 between Main Street and Harmon Road will close beginning Friday, Feb. 24. Construction for the project is set to last 64 days. ODOT plans to reconstruct and install a waterline. Traffic will be detoured from Harmon Road to College Avenue to Main Street.
