ST. MARYS — The Ohio First Steps for Healthy Babies, a voluntary breastfeeding designation program, gave Joint Township District Memorial Hospital Birthing Center four stars for promoting and supporting breastfeeding.
Birthing centers earn one star for every two steps completed in the voluntary 10-step program.
