Sacred Spaces, Orchestra concert coming

LIMA — Lima Senior High School has two student concerts coming soon.

The Lima Senior High choral music department will present “Sacred Music for Sacred Spaces” on Sunday at 4 p.m. at St. John Church, 777 South Main St. The concert will feature music from the Renaissance, Baroque and Classical periods.

The Lima Senior fall orchestra concert will begin at 7 p.m. Oct. 18 in the Lima Senior High School auditorium. The concert will feature both orchestras as well as guest artist Cheyanne Eagy, 12th-grade English teacher, who will recite passages from “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” during one of the pieces.
