LIMA — A Columbus Grove man is dead after a crash Saturday night in Bath Township.
According to a news release from the Lima Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, at around 10:08 p.m. Saturday a 2005 Great Dane Semi Truck, operated by Kameron Lynch, 26, of Miami, Florida, was southbound on Ottawa Road when he attempted to turn east onto State Road and struck a pickup truck driven Dale Mayer, 55, of Columbus Grove that was headed north on Ottawa Road.
Mayer was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
