LIMA — Allen County Common Pleas Court Judge Jeffrey Reed will speak at the 32nd Annual Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Service at noon Wednesday, May 8 at Lima FOP Lodge 21, 750 W. Robb Ave., LIma.
The event takes place every year during National Police Week, which runs from May 12 to 18 this year.
Officers from all law enforcement agencies in the region will join together to honor officers who have lost their lives in service with a flag ceremony, a gun salute and an honor guard presentation.
All attendees can enjoy a luncheon following the ceremony and view the presentation of the Jack Somerville Law Officer of the Year Award by the Lima Exchange Club.
