LIMA — A Lima man who exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl and fondled her breast was sentenced Monday to 18 months in prison.
Larisco Little Sr., 38, pleaded guilty in January to gross sexual imposition in admitting the forced sexual contact with the underaged girl.
According to court documents, Lima police on Nov. 10 learned of a sexual assault involving a 14-year-old girl at a residence on East Third Street in Lima.
According to court documents, police were called to the 300 block of East Third Street on Nov. 10 in reference to a woman who wished the report a sexual assault. The woman said she and the 14-year-old girl had stopped at the home to visit Larisco, with whom she had a previous romantic relationship. Some time later, the woman took a nap and upon waking went into the living room to find Little standing in front of the young girl with his pants down and his hands under her shirt, according to court filings.
The victim told police that Little began making sexual advances toward her. She said he pulled down his pants and exposed himself before pulling up her shirt and massaging her breast.
Little initially denied the allegations.
During his sentencing hearing Monday, Little admitted to “poor judgment” for allowing the woman and the girl into his home but expressed no similar remorse for touching the young girl.
As a Tier I sex offender, Little will be required to register with local authorities annually for the next 15 years.
