Defendants enter written pleas of not guilty in Allen County court

LIMA — Persons indicted by the recent session of the Allen County grand jury all entered written pleas of not guilty this week in lieu of video arraignment sessions that were previously scheduled for Friday. Among those entering pleas was a 16-year-old Lima boy who has been bound over as an adult to the Allen County Common Pleas Court.

Entering pleas were:

Farrakan Mitchell, 16, of Lima, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Jason Gannon, 40, of Lima, two counts of robbery.

Cory Clair, 42, of Lima, having weapons under disability.

Troy Terhark, 55, of Lima, three counts of forgery.

Raylon Hardy, 30, of Lima, three counts of trafficking in heroin, three counts of trafficking in fentanyl, possession of heroin with a firearm specification, possession of fentanyl, two counts of possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl.

Adrian Seay, 30, of Lima, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence.

Andre Porter, 36, of Lima, tampering with evidence and illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse.

David Hutching, 47, of Lima, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Jacquez Darby, 21, of Lima, felonious assault.

Johnathon Little, 27, of Lima, failure to provide notice of change of address.

Tonny Barnes, 47, of Lima, domestic violence.

Lindsay Neal, 31, of New Lebanon, aggravated possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification and aggravated trafficking in drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Anthony Ridley, 34, of Lima, aggravated burglary with a firearm specification and felonious assault with a firearm specification.

James Johnson III, 31, of Lima, carrying a concealed weapon and two counts of having weapons under disability.

Travis Cook 25, of Lima, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation.

Tyre Jackson, 49, of Lima, felonious assault.

Maria-Elena Williams, 42, of Lima, felonious assault with a firearm specification, discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited premises with a firearm specification, improper discharge of a firearm into a habitation or a school safety zone with a firearm specification and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Arthur Petty, 64, of Lima, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Justin Robinson, 30, of Lima, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Michael Porter, 49, of Lima, 10 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor and 10 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performances.

Austin Trenkamp, 27, of Lima, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Johnathon Johnson, 26, of Lima, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs; three counts of aggravated possession of drugs with various specifications, possession of cocaine with specifications and aggravated possession of drugs.

James Digman II, 41, of Toledo, two counts of rape.

Daquan Burse, 21, of Lima, two counts of improper discharge of a firearm at or into a habitation or school safety zone with firearm specifications.

Jason Kimmet, 38, of Delphos, aggravated possession of drugs.

Tiffany Chandler, 31, of Lima, breaking and entering.

Jamarcus Waller, 28, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, possession of heroin.

Joseph Brautigam, 39, of Lima, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Suzanne Sandy, 49, of Lima, burglary.

Ashley Holloway, 25, of Lima, forgery.
