LAKEVIEW — The Indian Lake Development Corp. and Indian Lake State Park will conduct a ribbon cutting/dedication ceremony for a new dog park at 10 a.m. Saturday at Old Field Beach in Indian Lake State Park.
The ILDC contributed $13,000 toward the installation of the one-acre enclosed dog run area. Park staff assisted with construction and Hilliard Boy Scout Kendall Jones used the project to complete his own Eagle Scout Project. Kendall planned, sought funding for and supervised the installation of a dog agility course within the dog park.
