OTTAWA — Gracie Rieman, a senior at Ottawa-Glandorf High School, has been chosen by the Putnam County Optimist as the May Character Award winner.
Rieman was nominated for the award by Linda Knowlton. Knowlton mentioned Rieman’s passion for helping others, and deserving of the award as she is an example of the way people should treat each other at all times.
