Hector Minjarez, 41, 235 Rush St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failing to pay child support. He was found to be in arrears in the amount of $18,591.75 as of Feb. 28, 2017. Seven days of the jail was suspended on condition he remain current with his payments. He was also sentenced to 10 days jail on another count of failing to pay child support. He was found to be in arrears in the amount of $13,198.98 as of Feb. 28, 2017. Seven days of the jail was suspended on condition he remain current with his payments.

Kristin L. Elwood, Ottawa, and Jason W. Elwood, Findlay, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 7, 2010 in Bluffton, and have two children.

April 3

Anthony R. Spangler, 22, 304 E. Sycamore St., Columbus GRove, was sentenced to 180 days jail, with 150 days jail suspended, for an amended charge of theft. He was given credit for one day served.

Trenton M. Holloway, 26, 760 E. Fourth St., Apt. 1A, Lima was remanded to the WORTH Center for possession of drugs (crack cocaine). He was placed on three years community control and must have only one medical provider and one pharmacy. Another count of possession was dismissed.

Christina R. Hemker, 28, 21219 State Route 81, Spencerville, was remanded to the WORTH Center for burglary. She was placed on three years community control. A charge of forgery was dismissed.

April 5

Laura M. Nesler, Rawson, and Kyle A. Nesler, Rawson, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 3, 2015 in Columbus Grove, and have no children.

April 3

Jazmin L. Moore, 31, 312 Main St., Gilboa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of lanes of travel upon roadway was dismissed.

James R. Sulfridge, 37, 303 S. Second St., Continental, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, three-year license suspension, and complete a drug and alcohol assessment.

April 6

John C. Gibbons, 33, 29030 County Road Q, Lot F, Fort Jennings, pleaded no contest to driving without a valid license and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.
