ELIDA — One railroad crossing in Allen County and one in Hardin County will receive upgrades.
The crossing at Grubb Road and county Road 77 near Elida and the crossing at Campbell and South Main streets in Forest will receive flashing lights and roadway gates.
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio announced the projects Wednesday with the Ohio Rail Development Commissioner directing the installation of safety upgrades.
