LIMA — Neubrecht Road between Bible Road and state Route 81 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, according to the Allen County Engineer’s Office.
The closure will allow for tar and chip work, with only local traffic to businesses and emergency vehicles having access during the closure.
