LIMA — The city of Lima Public Works Department will hold a dedication ceremony at 2 p.m. Sunday to rename the reopened Collett Street bridge the Walter C. Potts Memorial Bridge.
The department will add commemorative plaques to the renovated bridge honoring the former electrical engineering contractor and Lima City Councilman.
The bridge will be briefly closed for the ceremony.
