LIMA — The Lima Perry school board will be hunting for some bus drivers.
In a special meeting Friday, the board accepted two resignations and dismissed another. Amy Redman resigned effective Sept. 14 and Jacalyn Johnson resigned effective Sept. 25.
Also, the board approved a resolution to dismiss driver Carl Binkley. Board president Yvonne Marrs said Binkley was involved in three accidents in a relatively small period of time, so the board decided to approve superintendent Omer Schroeder’s recommendation to let him go.
Marrs said the two resignations were not connected to the dismissal.
