LIMA — Lima Allen Council on Community Affairs was awarded a two-year, $200,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services to expand its Nurturing Fathers program.
Nurturing Fathers is a six-week course helping men improve skills they need to be good fathers. They also receive job skill and placement counseling and are given educational opportunities.
LACCA is one of six organizations in the state to receive the grant.
