June 3

Cruzito Castillo, 37, Ottawa, was remanded to the WORTH Center for possession of fentanyl-related compound. He was placed on five years community, must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Katlin J. Shuherk, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Dustin W. Shuherk, Payne. They were married Sept. 14, 2013 and have one child.

June 4

Brian K. Smith, 34, Ottoville, pleaded guilty to failure to provide notice of change of address. He faces up to 36 months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. July 16.

Dawn M. Shoup, 43, Metamora, pleaded guilty to aggravated possesson of drugs. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. July 16. Any illegal drugs seized in the within action shall be forfeited to the arresting agency.

Nicholas A. Hazelton, 37, Ottawa, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating a protection order. He was placed on five years community control and was given credit for 17 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He must also successfully complete anger management and substance abuse treatment.

Joy E. Howard, 36, Lima, was sentenced to 60 days jail for theft. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She must pay restitution in the amount of $2,180.

Christian G. Moreno, 34, Leipsic, was sentenced to six months jail for aggravated possession of drugs. He was given credit for 25 days previously served.

June 5

Edward L. Lennex, III, 46, Columbus, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for having weapons while under disability. He was given credit for 81 days served and any additional days pending transportation to prison. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs was dismissed.

Nickales Ramon, 32, Ottawa, was found to be in contempt for failure to pay child support. His total arrears are in the amount of $5,010.29. The matter was continued for sentencing at 9 a.m. Sept. 4.

Putnam County Municipal dispositions

May 20

Lavonte C. Collins, 28, Lima, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $150 fine, with sentence to be served concurrent. A charge of assault was dismissed.

May 23

Christian F. Gonzalez, 22, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

May 30

Tyler D. Radabaugh, 26, Wapakoneta, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days jail, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment.

Johnathon M. Ingleston, 32, Findlay, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 59 days suspended, $100 fine, complete a mental health assessment and comply with requirements from JFS.

Freddy A. Alejo, 34, Findlay, was fined $150 for driving under suspension in violation of license restrictions.

Christy L. Doyle, 40, Lima, charged with drug abuse/possession and tampering with evidence, both felonies, bound over to common pleas court.

Amanda J. Gray, 33, Columbus Grove, was fined $100 for stopped school bus.

June 4

Scott F. Hunter, 43, Ottawa, was fined $250 for obstruction of official business. Charges of misconduct at an emergency, disorderly conduct and menacing were dismissed.

Richard D. Roof, 50, Ottawa, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate license. Brian E. Steffan, 36, Ottoville, was fined $150 for failing to stop for unloading school bus. stopped school bus.

David F. Border, 19, Perry, Mich., was fined $150 for driving while texting.

June 6

Adam Alvarado, Jr., 46, Gilboa, was fined $75 for pile, store, accumulate trash.

Brittaney N. Twining, 35, Cloverdale, was fined $150 for driving while texting.
