Ramon R. Villa, 44, Leipsic, charged with vehicular homicide, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Dabid R. Roblero, 43, West Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving with no license. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

Jose A. Guzman, 25, Findlay, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $250 fine and one year license suspension. A charge of no operator’s license and speeding were dismissed.

Juan A. Lopez, 23, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license and $50 for headlights required.

Daniel T. Baxin, 56, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Rocael C. Gonzalez, 26, Delphos, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Alberto M. Martinez Aguilar, 29, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving under FRA non compliance.
