WAPAKONETA — The Grand Lake Region Visitors Center held its annual awards reception Friday at the Galloway in downtown Wapakoneta, honoring those who provided exceptional service to those visiting the region and those who have helped promote the Grand Lake area in their work.
The following were awarded at the banquet:
• Stahr Award: Mercer County Fairgrounds, Celina
• Ambassador Award: Laura Yelton, St. Marys Area Resource Team (SMART)
• Legacy Award: Mercer County Commissioner Jerry Laffin
