LIMA — A Lima man has been arrested on drug-related charges after a Tuesday search at a Leonard Avenue residence.
According to a release from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force and the FBI’s North West Ohio Safe Streets Task Force served a search warrant at 412 S. Leonard Ave. Officers discovered 200 grams of suspected methamphetamine, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency and drug paraphernalia.
Pacheco Melendez, 40, of Lima was taken into custody on federal charges of possession of Schedule I or II drugs. Bond was set at $200,000.
