Justin W. Sergent, 36, Lima, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. April 29. Any drugs seized in the within action will be forfeited to the arresting agency.

Kristi Gerdeman, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Brandon Gerdeman, Columbus Grove. They were married Oct. 6, 2012 in Hancock County, and have two children.

Joy E. Howard, 36, Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. She face up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:15 p.m. April 29. The state requests restitution in the amount of $2,180 to Budget Blinds.

Jessica M. Rosenbauer, Kalida, was granted a divorce from Brad A. Rosenbauer, Kalida. They were married June 14, 2009 and have one child.

Randy L. Schroeder, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Susan J. Schroeder, Ottawa. They were married May 23, 2003 band have two children.

Douglas N. Woten, 34, Continental was granted a divorce from Narissa S. Woten, Continental. They were married Aug. 29, 2022 in Putnam County and have no children.

March 25

Felipe Martinez, 19, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving under FRA non-compliance suspension.

March 29

Juan P. Marcos, 23, Ottawa, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

April 1

Craig J. Burris, 38, Columbus Grove, escape, pleaded guilty to no operator’s license. Sentence: 100 days jail, $100 fine, with credit for seven days served. He also pleaded guilty to escape. Sentence: 100 days jail, sentence to be served concurrent.

Krista M. Kaecker, 48, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to habitual alcoholic suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $100 fine.

Alexis Rivera, 41, Lima, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Douglas L. Hughes, 55, Beaverdam, was fined $100 for driving under suspension and court costs for headlights.

April 2

Nathan L. Schroeder, 28, Lima, was fined $200 for driving under suspension, license forfeiture.
