March 25

Bradley J. Gilgenbach, New Bavaria, and Julie A. Gilgenbach, New Bavaria, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 27, 2002 in Putnam County and have four children.

March 26

Christopher Landwehr, 51, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to attempted disrupting public service. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was modified with while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. May 6. Any firearms seized in the within matter may be forfeited to the arresting agency.

March 27

Kevin Keirns, Van Wert, was found in contempt of failure to pay child support. He was found to be in total arrears in the amount of $2,704.38. Sentencing on the matter was continued until 9 a.m. July 3.

Guy Roberts, 45, Lima, was found to be in contempt for failing to pay child support. The court finds him to be in total arrears in the amount of $3,288.61. Sentencing on the matter was continued until 9:30 a.m. July 3.

March 20

Terry L. Temple, 31, Fort Jennings, was fined $150 for driving under FRA non-compliance.

March 21

Thomas E. Maag, 60, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, and complete suspension at Pathways Counseling Center.

Adell Hollingsworth, III, 39, Lima, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate license.

March 25

Andrea L. Wagner, 48, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, and complete suspension at Pathways Counseling Center, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Felipe Martinez, 19, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving under FRA non-compliance suspension.

March 26

Sierra A. Kiessling, 36, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 153 days suspended, and complete a mental health assessment. A charge of criminal trespassing was dismissed.

March 28

Brittany J. Cervantes, 40, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $100 fine and pay restitution of $231.79 to Walmart, Ottawa. She pleaded guilty to another charge of theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine and stay out of Walmart stores for 24 months.
