LIMA — Stand-up comedian Bert Kreischer will perform at 7 p.m. June 25 at the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center in Lima.
The Civic Center announced the show Tuesday and will begin selling tickets online at 10 a.m. Friday, April 25.
“(Kreischer) has evolved from being Rolling Stone’s 1997 ‘Number One Partier in the Nation’ to one of the top-grossing stand-up comics in the business,” a statement from the Civic Center read. “With chart-topping Netflix specials like ‘Razzle Dazzle’ and ‘The Machine,’ sold-out tours, and top-ranking podcasts, Kreischer continues to captivate global audiences. Forbes acknowledges him as ‘one of the best storytellers of his generation.’”
Kreischer’s movie “The Machine” has been top 10 on Netflix since its release Sept. 23.
The comedian, also a podcast host, writer and actor, will visit Lima as part of his Tops Off World Tour, which ranges from the U.S. and Canada to Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
