Putnam County Common Pleas Court

March 15

Steven R. Cramer, 56, Ottawa, was sentenced to 90 in jail for attempted domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He was fined $500 and given credit for 90 days served and any bond previously posted is to be returned.

March 19

Ernest Gutierrez, 56, Ottawa, was sentenced to 39 days in jail for attempted aggravated possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. He was given credit for nine days served. Charges of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Sheila Kortokrax, Delphos, was granted a divorce from Terry Kortokrax, Fort Jennings. They were married Aug. 11, 1990 in Delphos and have no minor children.

Paula M. Urton, Cloverdale, and Peter D. Urton, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 5, 2013 in Cloverdale and have no children.

Ronald P. Shank, Columbus Grove, and Kelly R. Shank, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Dec. 31, 2015 in Columbus Grove, and have no children.

March 21

Carlos E. Harris, 24, Napoleon, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for possessing criminal tools, a misdemeanor. The judge suspended 173 days and gave him credit for seven days served. He was fined $200 and placed on unreporting probation for a period of two years. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs was dismissed.

Latonya Wilson, 40, Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. April 29. The state is recommending payment of .restitution in the amount of $1,090.32.

March 7

Amanda D. Ray, 39, Fort Jennings, was fined $125 for driving under FRA noncompliance.

March 11

R.K. Industries, Ottawa, was fined $100 each on five counts vibration violations. Four other counts of vibration violations were dismissed.

Benjamin J. Brake, 18, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine and complete counseling at Cornerstone of Hope Counseling.

Steven Pierce, 32, Middle Point, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: Three days jail, suspended, $150 fine.

March 12

Jongherri J. Gutierrez, 26, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for wrongful entrustment.

March 13

Devin T. Altick, 24, Wapakoneta, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 57 days suspended, $150 fine. Charges of assault and unlawful restraining were dismissed.

Amanda D. Ray, 39, Fort Jennings, was fined $125 for driving under FRA/non compliance.

March 15

Richard W. Ludeman, 23, Defiance, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing. Sentence: 30 days jail, 26 days suspended, $250 fine, suspended, and complete a mental health assessment.
