The following individuals were indicted following a session with the Putnam County Grand Jury on March 13.

Caden Webster, 21, Fort Wayne, Ind.; five counts rape and eight counts sexual imposition.

Garrett R. Schroeder, 19, Ottawa; unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, three counts illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, possessing criminal tools, two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and menacing by stalking.

Eric Kuhbander, 43, Leipsic; domestic violence.

Cal M. Himelick, 35, Delphos; aggravated possession of drugs.

Timothy L. Cupp, 68, Bryan; aggravated possession of drugs.

Cruzito Castillo, 37, Belmore; possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Nicholas A. Hazelton, 37, Ottawa; violating a protection order.

Dawn M. Shoup, 43, Metamora; aggravated possession of drugs.

Donovan L. Joyner, 26, Grafton; criminal damaging/endangering and failure to register.

Corbin Voirol, 19, Continental; possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Delilah M. Belasquez, 18, Van Wert; possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Zonte G. Fomby, 47, Fort Wayne, Ind.; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Brian K. Smith, 34, Ottoville; failure to provide notice of change of address.

William M. Rush, 48, Columbus Grove; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle while under the influence of a listed controlled substance or a listed metabolite of a controlled substance, operating under the influence of alcohol.

Garry S. Fife, Jr., 44, Kalida; domestic violence.

Kevin A. Yoh, 44, McComb; failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

March 11

John A. Heckman, Columbus Grove and Amanda R. Heckman, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 18, 2001 in Lima and have two children.

March 12

Credit Acceptance Corp., Southfield, Mich., was granted judgment against Dakota Heiser, Carey, and Alex Heiser, Carey, in the amount of $23,666.17, plus interest and costs.

Logan E. Kline, Leipsic, was granted a divorce with children from Jason D. Kline, Ottawa. They were married June 15, 2013 in Leipsic.

Heather L. Ruhe, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Craig D. Ruhe, Ottawa. They were married May 23, 2006 and have one child.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

March 5

Jonathan T. Spikes, 39, Ottawa, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

March 7

Amanda D. Ray, 49, Fort Jennings, was fined $125 driving under FRA/non compliance.

Chad. E. Dotson, 53, Continental, was fined $100 for no motorcycle operator’s license.

Loren Brooks, 18, Rawson, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of OVI and two-lights required were dismissed.

Cal M. Himelick, 35, Delphos, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

March 11

Benjamin J. Brake, 18, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine and complete counseling at Cornerstone of Hope.

March 12

Timothy S. Critten, 52, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order. Sentence: 120 days jail, with sentence served concurrent to a felony case in Seneca County.

Joel Gutierrez Sixto, 28, Columbus Grove, was fined $250 for driving with no operator’s license.

Jongherri J. Gutierrez, 28, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for wrongful entrustment.

March 13

Dalton L. Iffland, 23, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, two-year license suspension, and complete an alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of OVI-refusal was dismissed.

Devin T. Altick, 24, Wapakoneta, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 57 days suspended, $150 fine. Charges of assault and unlawful restraint were dismissed.

March 14

Jarrett P. Jimenez, 23, Bowling Green, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of no operator’s license. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

Tyree D. Dewitt, Delphos, pleaded guilty to menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, complete mental health assessment, with no contact with victim or victim’s family for one year, and pay restitution of $30.

Jose L. Santis Garcia, 36, Plymouth, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Aaron R. Thomas Jr., 21, Lima, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.
