Kessler Estates to host grand re-opening

LIMA — Kessler Estates is hosting a grand re-opening. According to a recent press release, parent company Sinceri Senior Living owns and operates more than 70 assisted living facilities across the United States. Sinceri purchased Kessler Estates in November of 2021. The assisted living facility was previously known as “Eclipse Senior Living.” The release also states Sinceri purchased the organization due to its potential closing because of COVID-19.

Kessler Estates will host the event from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12 at 2075 N. Eastown Road. Community members are welcome to attend the event with food and engaging activities. The release also states Allen County Commissioner Beth Seibert will be joining to give a “Toast to the Community.”

The organization started to remodel in May of 2023. Sinceri Living has invested around $750,000 into the building. According to the release, the building was originally established in 1998 and now has 62 apartments.
