SANDUSKY — The Spartans ended their season against the Sandusky-Bay Lake Conference champion Sadusky with a two-point loss.

Lima Senior got a game-high 27 points from Shawn Foster. Jaeveon Walton added 10.

Jason Henlon had 23 points for the Blue Streaks.

New Bremen 64, Upper Scioto Valley 45

MCGUFFEY — Both Maddox Underwood and Alex Sanders hit their 1,000th career point, but it wasn’t enough for Upper Scioto Valley to knock off New Bremen.

Hayden Zeller paced the Cardinals with 17 points.

New Bremen meets LCC in Wapakoneta at 6 p.m. in the district semifinals

St. Henry 72, Perry 48

ST. HENRY — Zamere Daniel and Brady Shively each scored 14 points in Perry’s season-ending loss to St. Henry.

The Redskins take on Marion Local at Wapakoneta on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Marion Local 55, Minster 45

MINSTER — Jack Knapke scored 20 points and Austin Niekamp added 18 to lead Marion Local to an upset over MAC rival Minster.

The Flyers meet up with St. Henry on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in Wapakoneta.

Ottawa-Glandorf 77, Van Buren 40

OTTAWA — The Titans held a 63-16 lead at halftime and cruised to a blowout victory over Van Buren.

Colin White led the way with 20 points. Caden Erford added 17.

The Titans get Liberty-Benton in the district semifinals at Lima Senior High School on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Liberty-Benton 55, Coldwater 49

COLDWATER — Coldwater dropped its sectional final game in double overtime to Liberty-Benton.

Baylen Blockberger scored 25 points for the Cavaliers, while Luke Schwieterman added 13 points and eight rebounds in the loss.

Liberty-Benton meets up with Ottawa-Glandorf in the district semifinals at Lima Senior High School on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Spencerville 59, Allen East 44

SPENCERVILLE — Spencerville had no problem with Allen East in an NWC rematch.

The Bearcats got 14 points from Will Sensabaugh and 13 from Carder Orr in the win.

Kevin Sensabaugh also coached his 500th career game on Friday night.

Spencerville matches up with Wayne Trace in the district semifinals at Lima Senior High School on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

Wayne Trace 50, Columbus Grove 39

HAVILAND — Columbus Grove suffered a second-round loss to Wayne Trace behind Kyle Stoller’s 16-point game.

The Raiders get Spencerville at Lima Senior High School on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

Elida 61, Defiance 42

ELIDA — Elida outscored Defiance 19-3 in the fourth quarter to grab a sectional championship.

David Etzkorn had 17 points, Amari Wash added 16, and Jackson Covault finished with 11 for Elida.

Defiance got 10 apiece from Garret Rodenberger and Brogan Castillo.

Elida meets St. Marys on Thursday at 6 p.m. in the district semifinals at Liberty-Benton High School.

St. Marys 57, Kenton 49

ST. MARYS — Noah Payne scored 16 points for St. Marys in an eight-point victory over Kenton.

Gavin Payne and Ethan Yoder each scored 14 points for the Wildcats.

St. Marys plays Elida on Thursday at 6 p.m. in the district semifinals at Liberty-Benton High School.

PANDORA — The Rockets advance to Tuesday’s district semifinal in Elida where they’ll square off with top-seeded Delphos St. John’s at 6 p.m.

LIMA — The T-Birds move on to the district semifinals on Tuesday at Wapakoneta High School where they’ll take on New Bremen at 6 p.m.
