Feb. 22

Juan F. Pardo, 28, Lima, was placed on five years community control for violating community control sanctions. The violations included failing to obtain permission from his supervising officer before changing residences and failing to report to his supervising officer as required. He was ordered to obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of attempted aggravated possession of drugs.

Adam Koebel, 40, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to pay child support as required. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 112 days served. He was ordered to obtain a GED or equivalent, obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of non support of dependents.

Isaiah R. Siefker, 22, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. April 11.

Victor B. Lomeli, 47, Leipsic, was placed on five years community control for domestic violence. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of felonious assault was dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 25

Robert J. Nunn, 49, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to criminal damaging. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine, and pay restitution in the amount of $2,000. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Feb. 13

Selena C. Chasco, 28, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for illegal distribution of cigarettes.

Raymond Orengo, 24, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was ordered to pay court costs for turn signals.

Jose D. Perez, 25, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days jail suspended, $250 fine.

Feb. 15

Lisa J. Rangel, 60, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to furnish to underage person. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $500 fine.

Feb. 16

Daniel Barrientes, 60, Leipsic, was fined $150 for driving under suspension license forfeiture.

Feb. 20

Timothy N. Bergdall, 38, Columbus Grove, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct. A charge of menacing was dismissed.
